Our Chapter Officers Aaron Colley Chapter President The Chapter President is responsible for leading his brothers and managing the operations of the chapter. He is the face of the Fraternity to the chapter, the Greek community and the university. Aaron is a senior from Annapolis, MD studying Exercise Physiology. If his free time he can be found leading the club lacrosse team or working on the campus catering staff. Cullen Nicely Vice President of Programming The Vice President of Programming (VPP) is responsible for the planning and execution of the chapter’s events and functions. The VPP is the head of the programming committee and works to ensure his brothers have a balanced, values-based experience. Cullen is a junior from Lynchburg, VA studying Chemistry. Collin Clary Vice President of Finance The Vice President of Finance (VPF) is the chapter’s chief financial officer. The VPF is entrusted with managing the chapter’s budget and properly allocating financial resources. Collin is a Computer Science major, Graphic Design minor currently in my Sophomore year. In his freetime, to stay active, he enjoys going to the gym and playing soccer with the brothers. He is also very focused on becoming stronger in the financial and religious side of my life. Blake Foster Vice President of Recruitment The Vice President of Recruitment (VPR) drives the quantity and quality of a chapter’s membership. By successfully recruiting the best men on campus, they ensures a great fraternity experience for the brothers and the long-term success of the chapter. Blake is a junior from Roanoke, VA studying Criminology. If his free time he can be found outdoors, most likely on his mountain bike. Jackson Wise Vice President of Member Development The Vice President of Member Development (VPMD) oversees the development experience of each brother providing support and structure during a crucial part of their lives. Managing the chapter’s membership experience by implementing the Balanced Man Program is the keystone of the role, providing a positive fraternal experience and ensuring strong chapter leadership and operations. The VPMD ensures that our Founder’s vision lives on day in, day out, at every one of our chapters. Jackson is a senior from Moseley, VA studying Computer Science and is a member of the Westover Honors College. When not at SigEp, he splits his time between the Student-Managed Investment Fund, the Club Lacrosse team, and the campus catering staff. Matthew Fox Vice President of Communication The Vice President of Communications (VPC) is the chapter’s information officer, lead storyteller, and the primary protector of the chapter’s brand. By wielding tools like chapter sites and social media, this position can help shape perception of the chapter and put its brand in a position to thrive on campus. Matthew, from Virginia Beach, is majoring in Marketing. Along with SigEp, he is a Portfolio Manager in the investment fund, co-president of Club Soccer, and a member of the Westover Honors College. Richard Hernandez Vice President of Learning Community The Vice President of Learning Community (VPLC) is responsible for creating a learning environment that ensures academic success for the brothers as well as creating a learning community for new members. Ricky, a sophomore from Gainesville Virginia, is majoring in Sports Management. In his free time he enjoys getining outside and playing soccer, which has lead to his invovement in the Club team at University of Lynchburg. Jack Marotta Chaplain The Chaplain is the Chief Ritual Officer and the chair of the chapter's Standards board. This individual is a skilled mediator and sets the moral compass for other brother of the chapter to follow. Jack is a sophomore from Lynchburg VA, studying sport management at the university. In his free time he can be found outside, in a hammock or on a Mountain bike.
